    Livermore Investments Group Limited ("Livermore" or "the Company")

    Proposed Scrip Dividend Alternative

    The Board of the Company has come to the decision that it is in the best interests of shareholders to be offered a scrip dividend
alternative. It is therefore proposed that the resolution number 5, set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting previously sent to
shareholders, will be withdrawn.

    A further general meeting will be convened to allow shareholders to vote on an additional resolution on the dividend and in relation to
a scrip dividend alternative. The current dividend timetable, as announced on 6 May 2008, is being revised and a further update will be sent
to shareholders in due course.
