There is a difference. In the North, depending on where you are, there may be some French or German influence. In the South, some Arab influence.

But no matter where you are, the food is almost always good. That is not the case in many other countries.

Without dilution this has frequently shown as an opportunity to trade and make money. Long term? Who knows? I wouldn't rely on anyone on this message board to know either.
