KIMBERLEY DIAMOND COMPANY NL (the Company) (AIM: KDC)
The Company hereby advises that it has received a notice of initial substantial
holder from UBS Nominees Pty Ltd and its related bodies corporate, which
acquired 32,345,280 ordinary fully paid shares, between 27 March and 23 July
2007, representing 7.56 percent of the Company's issued capital.
