FINAL DIRECTOR'S INTEREST NOTICE
The Company hereby advises that a final director's interest notice has been
lodged on behalf of the late Mr Graeme Hutton.
As at the date of his death, Mr Hutton held a direct interest in 1,321,669
ordinary fully paid shares and an indirect interest in 10,616,463 ordinary
fully paid shares in the issued capital of the Company.
