PDMR Announcement

K3, which provides mission--critical business software, cloud solutions and managed services, has received notification that Jonathan Manley, Interim Chairman of the Company, has purchased 27,260 ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of GBP1.10 per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase"). Following the Purchase Mr. Manley is now interested in 47,940 Ordinary Shares representing 0.11% of the total voting rights of the Company.
