Resignations from the Board of Directors and consequent withdrawal of AGM resolutions

James Fraser and Peter Catterall informed the Company yesterday that they wish to step down as Non-Executive Directors of the Company with immediate effect and as a result no longer intend to seek re-election at the Annual General Meeting to be held later today.

As a result, the Company announces the intended withdrawal of Resolutions 13 and 14, which were to consider the re-election of James Fraser and Peter Catterall as Non-Executive Directors of the Company, as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting published on 19 April 2017.

The remaining Resolutions as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting will be put to the shareholders at the AGM to be held on 18 May 2017, with results being announced following the conclusion of the AGM.
