JPMorgan European Discovery Trust plc has purchased into Treasury 50,463 Ordinary shares at 476.5913 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 12,135,848 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 145,339,083.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
