In accordance with notification obligations under article 19.3 of the Market Abuse Regulation, the Company announces that on 30 July 2024 David Cicurel, CEO, transferred by way of a gift 40,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in aggregate to his adult children.

Following this gift David Cicurel is beneficially interested in 604,337 Ordinary Shares and beneficially and non beneficially interested in 671,337 Ordinary Shares, his non beneficial interest comprising 67,000 Ordinary Shares he has gifted to Shoftim Charitable Trust.
