May 2024, the Company's Executive Directors purchased ordinary
shares of 0.1p each in the Company ('Partnership Shares') as part
of the Company's all-colleague equity incentive programme,
ShareMatch. The Executive Directors purchased their full annual
allocation of Partnership Shares which, under the terms of ShareMatch, were then matched on a ratio of
two Matching Shares for each Partnership purchased, subject to
holding requirements and other rules of the programme.
