IndigoVision Group plc ("the Company") announces that following an exercise of
options by employees, it has allotted 10,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the
Company.  These shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued
Ordinary Shares in the Company. Application has been made to the London Stock
Exchange for these shares to be quoted on AIM and it is expected that dealings
will commence on Thursday 2 November 2006.
