sales and an exercise of options, RBC Trustees (Guernsey) Limited, in its
capacity as Trustee of the Independent International Investment Research PLC
Team Incentive Trust, now holds 970,126 ordinary shares or 3.7% of the issued
share capital of the Company. These shares are held in the name of Roy Nominees.
