Treasury shares
On 5 September 2016, the Company transferred to a participant in
the ICAP plc Senior Executive Equity Participation Plan 131,324
ordinary shares at an exercise cost of GBP2.00. These shares were
previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transaction, the Company holds 11,966,441
ordinary shares in treasury, and has 652,570,565 ordinary shares in
issue (excluding treasury shares).
