Conversion Rate for 2021 Interim Dividend

Further to the Interim Results announcement on 18 August 2021, the Directors of Hochschild Mining PLC (LSE: HOC) (OTCQX: HCHDF) have determined that the exchange rate to be applied to the 2021 interim dividend is US$1:GBP0.7246.

Accordingly, the sterling equivalent of the 2021 interim dividend is 1.413 pence per Ordinary Share which

will be paid on   28 September 2021.
