    Handmade PLC (AIM: HMF), the UK and US based film entertainment company that acquires, owns, produces and exploits intellectual property
rights, announces that the Company received notification on 20 October 2008 from Cartier Investments Inc ('Cartier'') that as of 25 July
2008, following the transfer out of 2,125,000 ordinary shares, Cartier has an interest in 73,659,015 ordinary shares of the Company,
representing 51.75% per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
