       Planet 51 Animation Feature Film Casting for Voiceover Characters
            Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Jessica Biel join HandMade



HandMade Plc (HMF.L), the rights ownership, film production, merchandising and
licensing company, is pleased to announce today that Dwayne Johnson and Jessica
Biel have joined the cast as voiceovers in HandMade's animation feature film
Planet 51.  The film will be completed and theatrically released in the US in H2
2009 by New Line Cinema, the multi-media company that has created some of the
most successful film franchises in history (such as Lord of the Rings and Austin
Powers, and that has acquired the US distribution rights for the film from
HandMade).

Dwayne Johnson will voice "Chuck", a smooth-talking astronaut, and Jessica Biel
will voice "Neera", a beautiful Planet 51 resident teenager with a mind of her
own, who is intrigued by the presence of being from outer space.   Dwayne
Johnson was most recently seen in the comedy The Game Plan.  Jessica Biel was
last seen opposite Adam Sandler and Kevin James in the comedy I Now Pronounce
You Chuck & Larry. She next stars in the drama Powder Blue, and is currently
filming the romantic comedy Easy Virtue.

Planet 51 is written by Oscar(R) nominee Joe Stillman (Shrek, Shrek 2), and
directed by Jorge Blanco (co-creator of the world-wide best-selling video game
series Commandos) and co-directed by Javier Abad and Marcos Martinez. The Film
is produced by Ignacio Perez Dolset (CEO, Ilion Animation Studios) and
co-produced by Guy Collins of Handmade Films International, which also handles
international sales on the film.

Planet 51, a galactic-sized alien adventure comedy currently in production at
Ilion Animation Studios, shows the inhabitants of Planet 51 who live in fear of
alien invasion. Their paranoia is realised when astronaut Captain Charles "Chuck
" Baker arrives from Earth, thinking he is the first person to set foot on it.
To his surprise it is inhabited by little green people who live on a white
picket-fenced world reminiscent of a cheerfully innocent 1950's. Befriended by a
young resident, Chuck has to avoid capture in order to recover his spaceship and
return home.
