Following from the general meeting of shareholders held on 24 October 2016 at which it was agreed that the name of the Company be changed to GN Group Limited, it was announced that the Company's ticker would shortly be changing reflect this. As a consequence with effect from 7.00am on 8th November the Company's ticker will be GNGL.
