At the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting held today,
resolutions were passed to approve the consolidation of the
Company's existing 0.5p ordinary shares to new ordinary shares
of 5p each.  The new ordinary shares resulting from the
consolidation will be traded on AIM with effect from 15 July
1998.  New share certificates are expected to be despatched by
15 July 1998.
