Read GEVI posted S1/A, they state up list to NYSE and criteria's need to be met and 1 is having a share price above $4
It states in S1 about a reverse split so its not me stating it, its the company !

While much of this technology is over my head, the fact that the company is getting contracts is a hugely positive sign. Not only does it demonstrate that the technology works, but that the company can offer it cost-effectively. Looking forward to hearing more.
