    CALGARY, Aug. 20 /CNW/ - First Calgary Petroleums Ltd. (FCP or the

Company) today announces that it has filed a Revised Renewal Annual

Information Form for the year ended December 31, 2003 on the System for

Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR), which includes the

disclosure and reports relating to reserves data and other oil and gas

information required pursuant to National Instrument 51-101 of the Canadian

Securities Administrators. Copies of this document may be obtained on

www.sedar.com.

    The revisions included in this Revised AIF are principally supplemental

information relating to the 2003 reserves. This Revised AIF does not include

any reserves estimates relating to 2004 activity.
