LONDON, UK - Fluormin Plc (AIM: FLOR) announces that it has today posted its annual report together with a notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to shareholders. The annual report will be made available on the Company's website later today.

The AGM will be held at the offices of the Company's solicitors, Fasken Martineau LLP at Third Floor, 17 Hanover Square, London, W1S 1HU on 22 November 2011 at 10.00 am.
