              Result of Annual General Meeting and earn-out payment 
 
 
First Artist Corporation plc (AIM: FAN), the media, sport and events group, is 
pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all 
resolutions proposed in the Notice of Meeting were duly passed. 
 
In addition, the Board is pleased to announce that the final earn-out payment 
due to the Vendors of Dewynters Limited ("Dewynters"), the UK's leading 
full-service theatre and entertainment marketing agency acquired in November 
2006, was made today.  The payment of GBP1.5 million was paid in full and final 
settlement of any outstanding earn-out commitments under the Dewynters 
acquisition agreement.
