Completion of Investment and Issue of Equity 
 
 
Total Voting Rights 
 
 
Further to the Company's announcement on 15 October, Bluehone Holdings PLC 
("Bluehone") has today been admitted to trading on the PLUS-quoted Market under 
the ticker BLUP, and therefore Evolve Capital is pleased to announce the 
completion of its investment in Bluehone and the implementation of the strategic 
mutual cooperation agreement with Bluehone. 
 
 
Evolve Capital now holds 23,615,411 ordinary shares in Bluehone, representing 
19.9 per cent of its issued share capital, in return for which, Evolve Capital 
issued to Bluehone 9,446,164 ordinary shares, representing 5.3 per cent of 
Evolve Capital's issued share capital.  The 9,446,164 new ordinary shares in 
Evolve Capital have today been admitted to trading on AIM. 
 
 
Total Voting Rights 
 
 
In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Evolve Capital 
PLC ("the Company") notifies the market of the following: 
 
As at the close of business on 10 November 2009, the Company's issued share 
capital consisted of 178,486,235 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each 
with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore, 
the total number of voting rights in Evolve Capital is 178,486,235. 
 
The above figure of 178,486,235 may be used by shareholders in the Company as 
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are 
required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the 
share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
