Interim Dividend
The following replaces the dividend announcement released yesterday at 10:33 and
RNS number 7206U.

The directors of the Company wish to announce that an interim dividend of
2.6154p per income share will be payable to all eligible income shareholders as
at record date 6 February 2004.

The ex dividend date is 4 February 2004, and the dividend will be paid on 25
February 2004.
