                   Notification of Major Interests In Shares


In compliance with the new FSA Disclosure Transparency Rules, the Company would
like to announce that it has been notified on 20TH March 2007 by iimia plc of
its aggregated holding in the Company through the following legal entities:


-      Iimia ACD Services Accelerated Fund held 1.61% of the total voting rights
       in the Company. This represents 482,085 Shares.

-      Iimia Services Growth Fund held 1.85% of the total voting rights in the
       Company. This represents 555,000 Shares.

-      Iimia Services Growth & Income Fund held 2.97% of the total voting rights
       in the Company. This represents 890,000 Shares.

-      Iimia Services Income Fund held 1.15% of the total voting rights in the
       Company. This represents 345,000 Shares.

-      Iimia Investment Trust held 2.75% of the total voting rights in the
       Company. This represents 825,000 Shares.
