                   Update - Resignation of nominated adviser 
 
Further to the announcement made on 16 July 2014 the board announces that Cairn 
Financial Advisers LLP has agreed to remain as nominated adviser to the Company 
until Friday 22 August 2014 in order to a allow a replacement nominated adviser 
to complete its due diligence on the Company. 
 
If a replacement nominated adviser is not appointed by 22 August 2014, the 
Company's shares will be suspended on 25 August 2014 pursuant to AIM Rule 1. If 
within one month of that suspension the Company has failed to appoint a 
replacement nominated adviser, the admission of the Company's securities will 
be cancelled from AIM.
