Significant Shareholding

The Company was notified on 21(st) January 2014, that, as at 10 January 2014, Sacisa Limited via HALB Nominees Limited purchased 7,441,320 of the Ordinary Shares in the Company at the price of EUR0.0535 per share and as a result now holds 8,941,320 Ordinary Shares in the Company (10%) and is therefore considered to be a significant shareholder in the Company for the purposes of the AIM Rules.
