Dmatek Ltd. (the "Company", "Dmatek"), the provider of leading electronic monitoring technologies, today issues an interim management
statement for the period from 30 June 2008 to date.

Dmatek is pleased to report a consistently strong performance in 2008, ahead of the corresponding period last year and in line with the
trends set in the first half of this year. We continue to grow our existing business and successfully engage new customers, as exemplified
by the new contracts announced last month. Our net cash position is maintained at over $12m, similarly to the half-year level.

Yoav Reisman, Chief Executive Officer commented: "I am pleased to be in a position to reiterate my comment from the beginning of the
year - our expanding work base and the higher proportion of recurring revenues within our income give us greater visibility and
sustainability. We continue to work to convert business opportunities into long-term deals, and deliver on our targets for 2008".
