notification today in a letter dated 19 September 2007 that in accordance with
DTR 5 of the Transparency Obligations Directive (Disclosure and Transparency
Rules) Instrument 2006, Richard Marcus Melhuish, a Director of Dev Property
Development plc, now has a notifiable interest in 14,475 shares of the Company,
representing 0.0105% of the Company's issued share capital, held jointly with
his spouse, Eileen Patricia Melhuish. The purchase was made at a price of 67.42p
per share.
