                             Suspension of trading


The Company announces that it has today signed an agreement to acquire the
entire issued share capital of YCO S.A.M. (the "Acquisition"). Pursuant to AIM
Rule 14 the Acquisition constitutes a reverse take-over. As a consequence, it is
conditional on the consent of shareholders being given in general meeting and
requires the publication of an admission document in respect of the enlarged
entity.


YCO S.A.M. ("YCO") has its headquarters in Monaco and the company provides the
following services to Super Yachts, which are large, luxurious ocean-going
cruise vessels, 40 metres or more in length:


*         yacht management

*         sales and purchases

*         charter

*         construction and project management

*         crew recruitment

*         concierge and travel services


Following completion of the Acquisition, the enlarged group will be one of the
largest suppliers of fuel and offer one of the most comprehensive range of
services to Super Yacht owners and managers. The total consideration for the
Acquisition will be Euro15,000,000, with Euro9,000,000 payable in cash and Euro6,000,000
by the issue of new ordinary shares. Conditional upon completion of the
Acquisition, the following directors will be appointed to the Board with effect
from admission to trading on AIM of the enlarged group:


Gary Wright (Aged 49), proposed Executive Director

Gary Wright has a strong maritime background stretching back well over twenty
five years. His experience includes that of master, project co-ordinator and
project manager on a number of Super Yachts. In 2001, Gary was appointed chief
executive officer for the 31st Americas Cup, with overall responsibility for
every aspect of the US / Seattle based challenge over the following three years
until the race in 2003.


Charles Nicholas Keith Birkett (Aged 32), proposed Executive Director

Charles Birkett has crewed, captained, purchased, sold and managed Super Yachts
for the past fifteen years. He first captained a yacht in 1992, cruising the
west coast of America and has since been involved in a range of aspects
associated with Super Yachts ranging from tender design and construction to
shoreside logistics. Before joining YCO, Charles was involved in fleet, yacht,
berth and new project management with a Monaco based Yacht Management Company


For the twelve months ended 31 December 2007, the unaudited management accounts
for YCO showed a profit before tax of �1,884,341, based on an exchange rate of
1.3 euros to the pound. As at 30 September 2007, the net assets of YCO and its
subsidiaries was �216,000.


The Company's shares will be suspended from trading on AIM with immediate effect
until an admission document is published. A further announcement will be made in
due course.
