The  Company  was informed on 31 May 2000 that  F.  Feldman,  a
director  of  the Company,  sold 100,081 ordinary shares  of  5
pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 158 pence  per
Ordinary Share on 31 May 2000.

Following  this  transaction  F. Feldman  has  an  interest  in
360,000  Ordinary Shares, representing 1.62 per  cent.  of  the
Company's issued ordinary share capital.
