                         Cyan signs new sales agreement

Cyan Holdings Plc (AIM: CYAN.L), a fabless semiconductor company providing
configurable application software and production ready modules based on feature
rich, low power, microcontroller chips, is delighted to announce it has signed a
global distribution and stocking agreement with Mouser Electronics Inc 
("Mouser").

Mouser Electronics Inc. based in Mansfield Texas, will be stocking the full
range of Cyan 16-bit MCU products and Cy-Solved solutions, and promoting Cyan to
its 280,000 global customers in 170 countries.  Cyan products and solutions will
be featured in both Mouser's printed catalogue that is published every 90 days
and also on Mouser's extensive website and online shop.  Mouser will support
both channels with regular promotional activity on Cyan's products to targeted
customer groups.  The Board believes this gives Cyan a major sales channel
presence in the North American market.

This agreement with Mouser gives customers across the globe immediate access to
purchase Cyan's products and the ability to begin designing with Cyan's newly
launched Integrated Development Environment 'CyanIDE2', which takes advantage of
the industry standard open source Eclipse environment.

Cyan's recently launched range of development and evaluation kits for its 16-bit
MCU and Cy-Solved solutions are specifically for design engineers, Mouser's
customer base, and accordingly the Board is of the view that the partnership for
both companies promises to be very successful.

rapid introduction of new products and technologies to electronic design
engineers.  Mouser's 2,100+ page catalogue is published every 90 days, providing
designers with up-to-date data on the components now available for the next
generation of electronic devices.  Mouser ships globally to over 280,000
customers in 170 countries from its 432,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility in
Mansfield, Texas, USA.
