Cyan Holdings plc (AIM: CYAN.L), the fabless semiconductor company specialising
in the development of low powered, configurable microcontroller chips, advises
that 791,500 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the capital of the Company have
been issued and allotted following the exercise of options. Application has been
made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on the Alternative
Investment Market ("AIM") of London Stock Exchange plc.  Admission of the new
ordinary shares is expected to become effective on Wednesday 16 May 2007.
