    In accordance with AIM Rule 17, the Company wishes to announce that it was notified on 2 January 2009 that on 31 December 2008, James B
Dehlsen, Non-executive director of the Company, sold 300,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price
of .77 GBP per share (such number of shares representing 0.23 per cent of current issued share capital of the Company).  

    As a result, the aggregate number of Ordinary Shares in which James B Dehlsen is interested, both directly and indirectly, is
18,527,663, representing 14.25 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company (such number of shares including 1,031,145 shares held by
James B Dehlsen, 11,670,518 shares held by Dehlsen Associates, LLC and 5,826,000 shares held by the Dehlsen Family Trust).

    Mr. James GP Dehlsen holds a 68 per cent interest in Dehlsen Associates, LLC and Mr. James B Dehlsen holds a 32 per cent interest in
Dehlsen Associates, LLC.

    Mr. James GP Dehlsen and Mr. James B. Dehlsen are beneficiaries of the Dehlsen Family Trust.
