the James Dehlsen DF Trust, in which they both have an interest, has made a
charitable donation of 15,000 ordinary shares of 10p each.

The transfer was effected on 23 July 2007 and the Company was notified on 24
July 2007.

Mr James GP Dehlsen, Chairman of the Company, is a trustee of the James Dehlsen
DF Trust and Mr James B Dehlsen, a director of the Company, is a beneficiary of
the James Dehlsen DF Trust.
