By arbitrarily deciding that they would give us no updates on the approval process NWBO has created unnecessary speculation and force people to believe basic things instead of know basic things that should be spelled out.

I think - help? - that with the SP/LP and senior paper etc. comes a explicit guarantee from Treasury

If that is right - then as F and F move to "private" ---- the rating agencies will watch to see if Treasury backs them in some fashion
