                          ("Caspian" or the "Company")

       Results of Annual General Meeting and Quarterly Production Update

Caspian Holdings Plc (AIM: CSH), the oil and gas production and exploration
Company in Kazakhstan, confirms that all resolutions at the Company's Annual
General Meeting held yesterday were duly passed.

Quarterly Production Update

For the second quarter ended 30 June 2007, Caspian Holdings produced
approximately 11,000 barrels which is consistent with the quarter ended 31 March
2007.

In April 2007, Caspian Holdings announced a temporary suspension of its export
license. The Company expects to resume exports during the third quarter of 2007.
