                              CLOSE SECOND AIM VCT PLC



The Board of Close Second AIM VCT PLC announces that as at 30 November 2006, the
unaudited net asset value of the Ordinary shares was approximately 65.39 pence
per share and the unaudited net asset value of the C and D shares was
approximately 93.91 pence per share.



This is after accounting for the revenue dividend of 0.75 pence per C and D
share payable on 14 December 2006 to shareholders on the register on 24 November
2006.  These shares became ex-dividend on 22 November 2006.



The Ordinary share dividend of 7.0 pence payable from gross realised capital
profits will be paid on 28 December 2006 to shareholders on the register on 8
December 2006.  These shares will become ex-dividend on 6 December 2006.
