Announcement of results of General Meeting 
 
Crawshaw Group plc (the "Company") announces that all resolutions put to the 
Company's shareholders at the General Meeting held earlier today were duly 
passed. 
 
Full details of the resolutions are set out in the notice of General Meeting 
contained in the circular of the Company dated 22 January 2009. 
 
 
Admission of the enlarged issued ordinary share capital of the Company to 
trading on AIM and commencement of dealings are expected to take place on 11 
February 2009. 
 
 
Pursuant to AIM Rule 17, the following information relates to directors of the 
Company who took part in the conversion of GBP1m of loan notes into ordinary 
shares in the Company at 17 pence per ordinary share.
