COSTAIN GROUP PLC SCRIP DIVIDEND SCHEME

The Company announces that on 18 October 2019, Mr Roger Andrews, being the spouse of Ms Jacqueline de Rojas, Non-executive Director, acquired 100 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 50 pence each in the capital of the Company at the scrip dividend reference price of 165.64 pence per share pursuant to the Company's Scrip Dividend Scheme. Following the share allotment, the total beneficial interest of Ms Jacqueline de Rojas and persons closely associated with her is 4,495 shares, representing 0.004% of the Company's issued share capital.
