The Company announces that, on 12 February 1998, Williams
de  Broe Plc expanded the institutional shareholder  base
of   Comino  through  the  placing  of  485,000  existing
ordinary shares. Since the placing, which included shares
held  by  the original venture capital shareholders,  the
Company  has  received the following notifications  under
Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended):
