1985,  Norwich  Union  Group had an interest  in  790,000
ordinary  shares representing 5.79% of the  issued  share
capital of Comino plc.

The interest is disclosed on behalf of Norwich Union plc,
as  the  ultimate  holding company of the  Norwich  Union
Group of Companies.
