               RECORD LEVEL OF INTEREST IN NEW PRODUCTS AT IFSEC

Following the Group's announcement on 16 May 2005, regarding the launch of three
new products; namely "i-vision", "Remotivision" and the "King IPT 765 Integrated
Head, at Ifsec, the leading global security annual international exhibition and
conference, the Board of Croma, the specialists in the design, development and
production of overt and covert surveillance and defence related products, is
pleased to report that a strong level of interest and multiple enquiries was
received at the Exhibition.

The Management team is currently engaged in evaluating the levels of leads
generated, and announces that the new products will be available in the market
from September 2005.

John French, Chairman and Chief Executive, stated: "We are delighted to have
received such a strong level of interest at Ifsec. This was a key event for us.
The Board was most encouraged by the reception to its new products and
undoubtedly this was the most successful exhibition Croma has attended - with
