                                Issue of Equity

Croma is pleased to announce that it has placed 3,665,000 new ordinary shares of
5p each at 5.75p per share raising funds of #210,737 before expenses. The funds
raised will be used to research acquisition opportunities for the Company.

Application has been made for the admission of 3,665,000 new ordinary shares to
trading on the AIM market. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the
existing ordinary shares of the Company and dealings in the new ordinary shares
are expected to commence on 5 April 2005.
