Executive of the Company,  today  purchased 75,000 Ordinary Shares in the 
Company at a price of 4.1 pence per share. Following this transaction,  William 
Ward's total beneficial interest in the Company is 9,790,259 Ordinary Shares, 
representing 25.1% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
