CLLN Carillion Plc

LONDON--Support services company Carillion PLC (CLLN.LN) has been selected by Centrica PLC (CNA.LN) as preferred partner for 90 million ($118.8 million) support services contract.

Carillion said Monday it will partner British Gas owner Centrica to deliver facilities management and project services for an initial period of five years, which can be extended to seven years.

The contract's service delivery is scheduled to start in December. Carillion will provide a wide range of services for Centrica's 115 locations in the U.K. and Republic of Ireland, together with the delivery of certain construction projects for Centrica.
