The Board of Inspec Group plc has today appointed Mr. Stuart Moberley, FCA as
a Non-Executive Director.  Mr Moberley (age 55) is Group Finance Director of
McKechnie plc.  It is expected that a further announcement concerning the
appointment of another new Non-Executive Director will be made within the next
week.
