Director Shareholding



The Board of Clinical Computing Plc (the "Company") was informed on 3 November
2006 that Howard Kitchner, Chairman of the Company, had bought 100,000 Ordinary
Shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 6.875
pence.



The transaction took place on 2 November 2006, following which Mr. Kitchner had
a total shareholding of 3,268,004 Ordinary Shares representing 9.87 per cent. of
the Company's issued share capital.
