Further to the announcement made earlier today regarding the suspension of 
listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, the Directors are 
pleased to announce that at the General Meeting of the Company held earlier 
today the special resolution was duly passed. 
 
A copy of the resolution has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism 
and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.hemscott.com/nsm.do. 
 
Cancellation of shares 
 
The listing of the Company's reclassified shares will be cancelled on 30 March 
2013.
