Chloride Group PLC (CHLD.LN), a supplier of secure power systems, said Tuesday the High Court of Justice has made an order sanctioning the scheme of arrangement by which Chloride's acquisition by Rutherfurd's Acquisitions Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Emerson Electric Co. (EMR), is being implemented.

-Shares at 1355 GMT flat at 374.5 pence.
