LISTING APPLICATION

Cedardata plc ("the Company") has applied for the
admission to the Official List of the London Stock
Exchange of 25,000 Ordinary shares of 5 pence each
pursuant to the exercise of share options under the
Company's Employee Share Option Scheme.

The shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued
ordinary share capital of the Company and dealings are
expected to commence on 16 July 1998.
